Privacy Policy

Commodity Desk collects information needed to operate the service, including account email, authentication status, subscription status, request metadata, operational logs, and support communications.

Authentication may be handled through Supabase. Future payments may be handled through Stripe or another payment provider. Those providers process data under their own policies.

We use collected information to provide access, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, send operational alerts, improve product quality, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

The public brief uses public-source market, weather, policy, agriculture, and commodity information. Manual documents you provide for private analysis should be treated as local private inputs unless you choose to publish them.

We do not intentionally sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that host, secure, authenticate, email, analyze, or operate Commodity Desk.

We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, compliance, debugging, and product improvement.

Browsers may send Do Not Track signals. Commodity Desk does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but it does not intentionally sell personal information.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help by contacting support@commoditydesk.app. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
